Since our founding in December 1982, the Group has been supplying and managing real estate across Japan as a comprehensive real estate company, with rental apartment brands such as "S-RESIDENCE." For more than 40 years, we have put our corporate philosophy, "Ethics, Passion, Challenge, and the Realization of Dreams," into practice. Through the development of vibrant urban environments, we have aimed to realize the dreams of everyone involved in our business, including our stakeholders, and not only to grow as a company.
In October 2024, we entered into a capital and business alliance with Hillhouse Investment Management to move to our next stage of growth. Since then, we have drawn on their investment capital, platform, and expertise to shift from a business structure dependent on capital gains to a business model with a robust earnings base.
We are pleased to announce that Takaharu Terauchi was appointed Representative Director and President on August 27, 2026, marking the start of a new management structure.
While cherishing the corporate philosophy handed down since our founding, all of our officers and employees will work together under the new leadership to pursue sustainable growth and higher corporate value.
